Our Organization
Next Stepp Animal Rescue, Inc. is committed to supporting and furthering animal welfare through:

Providing funding and supplies for the care of abandoned cats and dogs, primarily for Harris County Animal Control

Advocating common-sense policies that enrich and protect the lives of animals

Supporting spay/neuter services through supplemental funding

Establishing a robust volunteer and foster network to facilitate the fostering and adoption of cats and dogs
We believe that funds raised should go directly to caring for animals. We do not have any paid staff or consultants, and we keep our expenses to a minimum.
Our Board of Directors and volunteers have decades of experience in animal welfare and deep ties to our community.
